Q: Do you sell machine made rugs?
A: No. All our rugs are guaranteed hand knotted.

Q: Why is the pattern not perfect on some of your rugs?
A: Because our rugs are woven by humans there will be slight imperfections in the patterns. This is not a negative aspect but adds to the character and uniqueness of each rug. These slight flaws are found in all hand knotted rugs.

Q:Do you have a showroom where we can view your rugs?
A: No we don't have showroom. We are a small family run business and to keep our prices low our rugs are stored in a warehouse. If you live within 50 miles of us you can take advantage of our free try before you buy service. We do have a 7 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied.

Q: I need a large rug for a formal room. Do you stock large rugs?
A: No we don't stock oversize rugs because they are so specialized but we do have a network of contacts which gives us access to a good range of oversize rugs and can arrange viewings of selected rugs based on your requirements.

Q: Do you clean rugs?
A: Yes we offer a rug cleaning service as well as a restoration service.

Q: I am looking fo a particular kind of rug. Can you source it for me?
A: Yes we can. Through our network of contacts we have access to every kind of hand knotted rug you can imagine. Drop us an email with your requirements and we will do our best.
